Delete your account

You can delete your DoseSpring account in the app under Profile, Privacy & Security. If you cannot access the app, request a secure confirmation link below.

Deletion removes your account and associated app records such as profile, medicines, schedules, dose logs, notification tokens, health readings, caregiver contacts, missed-dose alert records, and refill reminder settings. Protected operational backups may retain copies temporarily according to backup retention settings.
